Winter Yoga Nourishment (Copy)

This winter weather has been all over the place, sometimes making us feel the same way. If you feel low energy or maybe disconnected from yourself as you have made no time to drop in and check in on how you have been feeling, this 3-hour nourishment is for you.

I wanted to offer an experience to make you feel nourished, cozy and relaxed so that the Tent will be pre-heated with the fireplace on (electric) blankets, bolsters and pillows. However, please dress with warm layers as the temperature can drop at night.

We will open the session with a Cacao Ceremony, so please bring your unique mug if you have one; otherwise, I can provide one. To set our intentions for this session together and for ourselves.

We will do a one-hour Gentle Yoga session to allow you to drop into the body and create that beautiful connection between mind, body and spirit with essential oils to help support this journey.

Then move into meditation with unique sounds from the sound bowl and rainstick.

The final part of our nourishment practice will be me prompting questions for you to journal, and if you feel safe to share in the sacred circle, you can release whatever is required with no pressure. During this time, I have allocated enough time for people to share so you don’t feel rushed. This is a space to listen, be heard, and understand you are not alone in some of the feelings you might be feeling heavy in your heart about.

This sacred circle has limited spots to keep the energy intimate and the collective enough time to be heard and felt openly.

There will only be 2, maybe three, events available to attend before I go into full nesting mode before Baby 2 arrives in October. If you have missed the Yoga Tent vibes, this is your opportunity!
