Yes I feel I am more connected to my body and can tap into that more! It keeps my mind and heart open and I'm constantly surprised by what my body can do!
What do you believe are the long term benefits of practicing yoga?
Being able to pause Self challenge and belief Linking to a beautiful community Staying curious
Do you recommend yoga to people, your friends, family? If so what is their response?
Yes. I encourage them to consider different styles as they tend to think there is only 1.
PS. Roller Skating Yoga is NOT a thing… we just wanted to have a bit of fun with the photoshoot (hahaha)
